What is a USB Flash Drive Wristband?
A USB Flash Drive Wristband is the best way to ensure you never lose a flash drive again! Our flash drive wristbands function like any other flash drive would, but it is simply designed to stay clasped around your wrist, backpack, belt loop, laptop bag, or purse so you can easily keep track of your electronic information wherever you go.
Will it work with my computer?
OnHand's flash drive wristbands are compatible with all computers, both Mac and PC, private or public, as long as they were manufactured in the last 10 years. Any computer with a working USB port can interface with your flash drive wristband.
Will it fit my wrist?
Our flash drive wristbands are designed to fit most wrists. Currently, MoH Bands are produced at a length of 7.5'' of silicone rubber. If your MoH Band doesn't fit comfortable on your wrist consider the alternative of carrying your MoH Band around your backpack, purse, or laptop bag.
Is it waterproof?
MoH Bands are not waterproof; however, you can safely wash your hands or perspire without any concern to your data. Always remember to take off your MoH Band before showering, swimming, or in any way submerging your MoH Band in water.
What memory capacities are available?
OnHand's USB flash drive wristbands are currently available in 2GB, 4GB, and 8GB memory capacities.
What kind of files can I store and how much?
Our USB flash drive wristbands operate in the same fashion that the memory on your computer does therefore as long as you have enough available space you can load any file on your computer to your wristband including word documents, excel sheets, power points, photos, videos, and music. The below chart shows approximate information on how many songs, pictures, and videos you can hold.
What types of payment does OnHand accept?
OnHand accepts payment from all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Can I sell OnHand products in my store?
Yes, yes of course you can! If you would like to offer MoH Bands in your store please fill out our Request to Become a Retailer Form on our Retailer Page. Currently, wholesale orders cannot be placed online, but completing a Request to Become a Retailer will get you all the necessary information to get your account setup so we can deliver product to your store.
How can I create custom products for my organization?
OnHand's USB wristbands can be customized with your own logo and message for your organization, school, business, or event and they can be matched up to the specific band and font colors that you choose. Learn more on our Customize Page.
What is OnHand's delivery policy?
OnHand is headquartered in Waltham, MA, USA and we ship across the country and worldwide via USPS and UPS. Shipping prices vary with order weight, delivery service, and destination which can be determined before check out via the online shopping cart. Stocked product usually ships within three business days of placing your order. A confirmation email will be sent out when your order is shipped.
Domestic transit times vary depending on the level of service requested. Typically your order will ship First Class USPS unless otherwise requested at checkout. USPS First Class usually takes 3 days. For prompt shipments that are time sensitive UPS may be your best option. UPS Ground takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping address. UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are options as well. Please note: UPS does not ship to PO boxes. All deliveries to PO boxes will be sent via USPS.
What about Rush Orders?
If you need your order in a hurry please consider our expedited shipping services with UPS. For wholesale and custom orders that need to be rushed please contact us directly to see if your deadline can be met. Rushed orders may be subject to additional fees.
What about International Orders?
Absolutely! OnHand's products are great for everybody no matter where you are. If you are having trouble placing an international order through our regular checkout please call us at (877) 234-4493 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you place your order.
What is OnHand's warranty and return policy?
All products are guaranteed free from defects and come with a 1 year warranty. If your product is found to be defective upon opening your package you can return it for a replacement within one year of purchase. Contact us email@example.com for directions on how to return or replace your order.
This warranty does not cover damage by accident, misuse, tampering, moisture, exposure to extreme temperatures or normal wear and tear. Please note that OnHand assumes no responsibility for lost or corrupted data. When backing up your data, always use more than one method to ensure the safety of your information.
My product isn't working, what should I do?
If your product is defective and isn't working properly please let us know about it so we can help you right the wrong. If you are still having trouble please write us firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received the wrong color, what should I do?
Please contact us at email@example.com and we will quickly work to correct any mistakes made in the fulfillment process.
OnHand will not share consumer information with anyone except on an as needed basis to process payments and deliver shipments with third party vendors such as UPS and USPS. For purchases, we use Authorize.net to encrypt all of your personal information (such as your credit card number) as it travels across the internet. This means that your information remains private and safe as you complete your transaction.
